Katherine Cantrell, an artist in Oil, Acrylic and Watercolour painting, was born in Cleveland, Ohio.
She has been married for 36 years, and has two children and 7 grandchildren.
She has been painting since she was eighteen, and began teaching art in 1982.. She has given
painting demonstrations in both public and private schools, and taught after-school art classes in
private schools, community-ed programs, and home school co-ops in Texas and in Ohio. Her students
range in age from as young as 4 to “80 years old”, ...(teaching in Retirement homes too!)
Katherine grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior, when she was a
young child, and gives God glory for all He has done in her life.
